Vision 2020 (Draft 2)

Theme - building capacity.

Goal 1- Master Environmental, Health & Safety

Target- External (Lead) Auditor for Environmental(ISO 14001), Health & Safety(ISO 45001/18001)

The reason I want to do this is that I want to become a master the work I am already doing.

There module i need to do in each in order to reach this goal:

1. Module 1: Implementation

2. Module 2: Lead Auditor

Which means altogether, there are 4 certificates (2 for ISO 14001 & 2 for ISO 45001).

Target- Facilitate Somta Tools in becoming accredited with the ISO 14001 standard

I have built and currently managing the Environmental Management System ( only a year old)

Target-Design, implement and manage an effective Health & Safety Management System

Become accredited by SAMTRAC. At the moment I am only a trainee to be designated as the officer to the system ( added to the environmental duties)

Goal 2- Further my studies towards a D-Tech

Target- Attain a B-Tech in Agricultural Management

I have always been passionate about education. I want to attain the highest qualification.

Goal 3- Facilitate transcendence

Target 1 - Mentor 5 students in Agricultural Management & Environmental Studies

I want to empower those around me to be the best in their respective field.

Target 2- Facilitate the success of 1 agricultural business

This is to fulfill the vision of Holistic Scaping- facilitate the transcendence of natural landscapes, society and businesses.
